Principal Psychologist

Frieda Loh is a Psychologist whose previous role as a Military Psychologist with the Ministry of Defence saw her responsible for the provision of psychological and organisational solutions for the leaders in the Singapore Armed Forces. (SAF).

Certified in the 16 Personality Factors®, Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) Step I & II, Neuro-Linguistic Programming® (NLP) and VIA Strengths, Frieda is highly trained and fully experienced in psychological trauma management, counselling, group facilitation, personal coaching and mentoring.

From smashing national records to overcoming irrational fears, Frieda has successfully helped athletes, leaders and teams in their performance and goals’ achievement with her unique multi-disciplinary approaches and psychological knowledge.  Her decade long experience at the SAF as a combat army officer and military psychologist allowed her to organise and participate in numerous high risk activities that conditioned her to perform despite immense pressure and fatigue.

Frieda is also the co-founder of Living Experience and her portfolio supports her lifelong mission in helping individuals and organisations thrive and perform at their optimum best.

JOSEPH WONG

Associate Master Trainer

Joseph Wong is a certified Master Neuro Linguistic Program practitioner (c.MNLP.p), a Personal Value Profiling practitioner (PVP.p) as well as a fully qualified practitioner in the NLP (New Code). Under the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) framework, he also locks in further accreditation as a certified Advance CompetencyTraining and Assessment (ACTA) trainer.

Well-recognised as an NLP Sales Performance coach, Joseph has spearheaded training programmes such as the Enterpreneurship Boot CampIntensive (Singapore) and Sales Mastermind Series. Previously a member of the commando and para-trooper in the Special Armed Forces, Joseph’s natural ability in injecting creativity and adventure into his entrepreneurship programmes has allowed him to challenge his audiences in unconventional ways, integrating experiential learning within his curriculums.

A passionate, unique and adventurous trainer, he comes onboard LE as one of our master trainers, value adding in insightful performance focused corporate training programmes and team building interventions.

Joseph is also the Founder of TrainingGearAsia (TGA) Singapore Pte Ltd, a central training hub for Entrepreneurship and Sales Mastery training across Asia.

IAN LYE

Associate Master Trainer

Ian Lye is a certified Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming practioner (c.MNLP.p) and a certified DISC Behavioural Consultant. He has held leadership roles in the Military establishment as well as private companies in Singapore.

An energetic and committed individual who believes in creating transformation within his participants, Ian comes onboard LE as one of our key master trainers, coaching and inspiring our audiences in various unique, purposeful and experiential learning programmes including self-development facilitation, effective communication and change and conflict management.

Ian is also the Co-Founder of Horizons Training Pte Ltd, one of Singapore’s leading  training development platforms with an extensive client portfolio comprising government agencies, statuary boards, NGO, private companies and the military.

His passion in ‘self-discovery, strengths utilsation and relationship building techniques supports his personal vision in “co-creating a world that can be further filled with joy, possibility and growth”!

SUMITHRA SHARATKUMAR
Associate Counsellor/Psychologist

Sumithra Sharatkumar is a counsellor who has been working with Transactional Analysis (TA) for the past 8 years. Along with a Physics degree and a Masters in Journalism & Mass Communication and Applied Psychology; she works with Energy Healing and is a certified NLP and EFT practitioner as well.

She has been a member of the International TA Association (USA) for several years and is currently serving on the Board in the position of Chair of Nominations. She is the Secretary of the TA Association, Singapore and the Organizer of the Social Psychology Meet-up Group, Singapore. Her present work includes personal counselling, as well as running Parenting Groups for Moms & Dads and Life-skills training for Children.

LAM CHEE KUM

Associate Psychologist

Lam Chee Kum is equipped with a double major in Psychology and Sociology from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and is currently embarking on a bridging course towards pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at James Cook University.

Chee Kum has worked as a psychologist (research) focusing on areas related to social psychology in NUS, as well as participated in the psychology-medical related areas in Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Singapore. He was also a psychologist (clinical) that was instrumental in focusing on rehabilitation for brain-injury and post-stroke patients. He is a sought after lecturer on psychology and frequently renders his expertise and insights to various private institutions, offering clinical consultation to clients and patients alike who require psychological services in the private sectors.
